Transparent, the global AP data mining specialist, announces the appointment of Bas de Bouter as Transparent’s new CFO.
Transparent welcomes Bas de Bouter as its new CFO. Bas has started May 8 2012 and is responsible for all finance related issues. Bas is well experienced in finance and M&A and will assist in possible future acquisitions, managing growth and new product investments. He has occupied different finance positions at several companies, as Ernst & Young, KPMG and Connexxion.

Bas is specialized in Corporate Finance and most recently served as a financial professional for companies as Connexxion, KPMG, EDG, OIG and many others. Prior to this Bas has worked as a senior consultant Transaction Advisory Services at Ernst & Young where he was responsible for among others transaction support and audit engagements.
