Eindhoven, 5 juni 2026 Valid Managed Services (VMS) maakt bekend dat de eerder aangekondigde overname door DATAGROUP op 2 juni 2026 officieel is afgerond. Na het vervullen van de gebruikelijke voorwaarden en de overdracht van de aandelen is de transactie formeel voltooid.

Deze mijlpaal markeert de start van de volgende fase in de samenwerking tussen Valid Managed Services en DATAGROUP. DATAGROUP is een innovatieve IT-dienstverlener met een sterke positie in Duitsland en ambitieuze groeiplannen in Europa. Met de overname van VMS zet DATAGROUP een belangrijke stap in de verdere uitbreiding van haar Europese activiteiten. Valid Managed Services blijft in Nederland opereren als zelfstandige entiteit onder het huidige managementteam.

Voor klanten van VMS verandert er op dit moment niets in de dagelijkse dienstverlening. Contracten, serviceafspraken en contactpersonen blijven ongewijzigd. Klanten kunnen blijven rekenen op dezelfde betrokkenheid, kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid die zij van VMS gewend zijn.

De combinatie van Valid Managed Services en DATAGROUP biedt nieuwe mogelijkheden voor verdere ontwikkeling en innovatie. Door de lokale marktkennis, sterke klantrelaties en operationele expertise van VMS te combineren met de schaal, technologie en het bredere dienstenportfolio van DATAGROUP, ontstaat een stevig fundament om klanten ook in de toekomst optimaal te ondersteunen.

De komende periode staat in het teken van een zorgvuldige aansluiting bij DATAGROUP. Daarbij blijft de continuïteit van de dienstverlening centraal staan en wordt gezamenlijk gekeken naar mogelijkheden om klanten toegang te bieden tot aanvullende kennis, technologie en diensten uit het CORBOX dienstenportfolio van DATAGROUP.

Acquisition of Valid Managed Services by DATAGROUP successfully completed

Eindhoven, 5 June 2026 — Valid Managed Services (VMS) announces that the previously announced acquisition by DATAGROUP was officially completed on 2 June 2026. Following the fulfilment of customary conditions and the transfer of shares, the transaction has been formally concluded. This milestone marks the beginning of the next phase in the collaboration between Valid Managed Services and DATAGROUP. DATAGROUP is an innovative IT service provider with a strong position in Germany and ambitious growth plans across Europe. With the acquisition of VMS, DATAGROUP takes an important step in the further expansion of its European operations. Valid Managed Services will continue to operate in the Netherlands as an independent entity under its current management team.

For VMS customers, nothing changes in day-to-day service delivery at this time. Contracts, service agreements and points of contact remain unchanged. Customers can continue to rely on the same commitment, quality and reliability they have come to expect from VMS.

The combination of Valid Managed Services and DATAGROUP offers new opportunities for further development and innovation. By combining VMS's local market knowledge, strong customer relationships and operational expertise with DATAGROUP's scale, technology and broader service portfolio, a solid foundation is created to optimally support customers well into the future. The coming period will focus on a careful integration with DATAGROUP. Continuity of service delivery will remain the central priority, while both organisations will jointly explore opportunities to provide customers with access to additional knowledge, technology and services from DATAGROUP's CORBOX service portfolio.
