Epson will showcase its latest innovations in digital label printing and packaging proofing technologies with a major presence at Labelexpo 2011. Demonstrating solutions for the production of high-value product labelling, Epson’s advanced technologies combined with its high quality inks and media will be on display at Booth number 9H50 in Hall 9 at the Brussels Expo from 28 September – 1 October 2011.
In its label production area of the booth, the highlight will be Epson’s industrial digital label press – the SurePress L-4033A - featuring the EskoArtwork digital front end and printing high-value labels on a variety of textured substrates for luxury items such as wine, cosmetics and chocolates. Finished labels will be produced using a GM DC330 Mini converting line. With installations across Europe, the Surepress L-4033A has impressed converters with its versatility and specialist substrate printing capability.
Epsonwill also give practical demonstrations of its large format print technologies: packaging proofing capabilities, highlighting the benefits of Epson’s white ink in the latest Stylus Pro WT7900 inkjet printer, will be demonstrated by partners such as EFI, GMGCGS, ESKOand Isi Graphics Systems; and creative production printing and cutting techniques will be demonstrated by Spandex using the Epson Stylus Pro GS6000.
In its desktop labelling solutions area Epson will demonstrate a range of desktop label printers offering fast, high quality, on-demand colour labels suitable for the healthcare, manufacturing and retail markets.
On show for the first time will be Epson’s LabelWorks range. Addressing both mobile and desktop labelling needs, the range offers models that are ideal for officelabelling; mobilelabellingin almost any environment; and fast, high-quality desktop label creation via a PC or Mac.
