’s-Hertogenbosch, 26 september 2007 – Van 15 tot en met 17 oktober vindt UGS Connection Europe plaats in het Sheraton Hotel and Towers Conference Center in Frankfurt, Duitsland. Dit evenement is de jaarlijkse netwerk- en strategieconferentie van de Europese gebruikersgroep van UGS PLM Software, PLM Europe.
Tijdens het evenement zullen innovatiespecialisten uit Europa discussiëren over de manier waarop product lifecycle management (PLM)-strategieën en -technieken een revolutie in de maakindustrie kunnen veroorzaken. Onder de diverse keynote speakers zijn:
- Tony Affuso, Chairman and CEO; Helmut Ludwig, President; en Chuck Grindstaff, Executive VP Products van UGS PLM Software. Zij spreken over strategie, prestaties en best practice in PLM en innovatie
- Chris Moon, een voormalig medewerker van the Hazardous Areas Life-Support Organisation in Mozambique die zwaargewond raakte na een ongeluk met een landmijn. Hij heeft een inspirerend verhaal over wilskracht
- Keith Goffin, Professor of Innovation and New Product Development op de Cranfield School of Management in Groot-Brittannië, bespreekt zijn raamwerk voor het begrijpen van klantverwachtingen op het gebied van innovatie
Naast de keynotes, het goed gevulde conferentieprogramma en de netwerkrecepties, biedt UGS Connection de mogelijkheid om meer te horen over de gecombineerde architectuur van UGS Teamcenter 2007. Hiermee kunnen organisaties de productontwikkelingscyclus tot 25 procent verkorten.
Daarnaast kunnen tijdens de conferentie meer dan 20 partners bezocht worden in de Partner Exhibition Area en worden er diverse break-out sessies georganiseerd voor senior managers, collaboration- en partnergerelateerde oplossingen.
