Business-to-Business Interoperability Software Company TIE Holding N.V. (“TIE”) listed on the EuroNext Amsterdam Stock Exchange hereby announces the launch of the 2006 Employee Stock Option Plan, offering stock options to all TIE employees worldwide, which traditionally happens on the last day of the Financial Year (October 1 – September 30).
A total of 1.48 million options have been issued at a strike price of EUR 0.33 which is the closing price of the TIE stock on the last day of the Financial Year, Friday September 29, 2006. The options have a vesting period of three years and a full term of 10 years. All employees in the Netherlands, the USA and France have been awarded stock options. Members of the Supervisory Board have not been allocated stock options. The CEO Dick Raman received 176.747 options.
