To become an Allied Telesyn Accredited Service Partner, a benchmark level of support, set by Allied Telesyn and designed with customers' best interests in mind, must be agreed to. Partners must maintain a technical assistance centre staffed with qualified Allied Telesyn certified engineers; maintain a minimum number of certified engineers; adhere to support response times; participate in annual reviews of technical support metrics and feedback from customer satisfaction surveys.
