The Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board of Lavide Holding N.V. (‘Lavide’) are pleased to announce that, following completion of the audit of the 2024 financial statements and their submission to the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets on 25 April 2025 in compliance with the mandatory transparency requirements, Euronext Amsterdam in its Market Notice of 9 May 2025, has informed the market that the penalty bench status imposed on Lavide has been lifted with effect from 12 May 2025. This clears the way for a return to a full listing of Lavide's shares on Euronext Amsterdam and the realisation of the company's business plan through future issuances of freely tradable shares to be included in the listing.

Het bestuur en de Raad van Commissarissen van Lavide Holding N.V. ('Lavide') kondigen met veel genoegen aan, dat na afronding van de controle op de jaarrekening 2024 en inbreng hiervan op 25 april 2025 bij de Autoriteit Financiële Markten tot naleving van de verplichte transparantie, Euronext Amsterdam door middel van het Market Notice van 9 mei 2025 de markt heeft laten weten dat de strafbank status die was toegekend aan Lavide, per12mei 2025 is opgeheven. Hiermee wordt de weg vrijgemaakt voor een terugkeer naar een volwaardige notering van de aandelen van Lavide op Euronext Amsterdam en het realiseren van het ondernemingsplan van de vennootschap door middel van toekomstige uitgiften van in de notering op te nemen vrij verhandelbare aandelen.
