TRADINGLAB®, headquartered in Milan, Italy, provides Italian and international financial institutions with sophisticated products and services to meet the needs of private investors, through a combination of advanced technology, a wide range of liquid products and complete risk information.

Under terms of the agreement, Ubizen OnlineGuardian services will monitor, manage and support more than 40 TRADINGLAB® security devices, including firewalls, network and host intrusion detectors (NIDs and HIDs), routers and web shields. As part of Ubizen OnlineGuardian services, Ubizen will provide TRADINGLAB® with a Security Dashboard that incorporates input from all of the different security devices and mechanisms in one place and also defines the overall security posture of the organization.
In the same way physical security companies monitor burglar alarms installed in customers' buildings, Ubizen OnlineGuardian services keep watch over the security devices in use at customer locations. Using unique, in-house technology called SEAM® (State and Event Analysis Machine), Ubizen OnlineGuardian monitors hundreds of thousands of "events" - such as login attempts - each hour, looking out for those that appear suspicious or unauthorized. When the SEAM engine identifies an unauthorized entry attempt, Ubizen's expert security engineers take action based on previously defined Service Level Agreements, so that each incident is handled precisely to customer specifications.
