Fast - the FibreCAT CX600 leverages its full 2Gbit Fibre Channel architecture to deliver world-class performance including unmatched processing power based on four 2GHz CPUs which enable up to 150.000 I/Os per second and a bandwidth of 1.300 MB per second. More applications and transactions can now be run with better response time based on one single storage system.
Lean - the FibreCAT CX600 improves on FibreCAT's modular design to deliver more capacity with the same footprint. Complete systems, including Storage Processor Enclosure (SPE), Stand-by Power Supply (SPS), and Disk Array Enclosure (DAE), range from only 8Units of rack space to a full 42-Unit cabinet hosting up to 180 drives that provide a capacity of more than 13 TBytes.
