Panda Software has announced the signing a new agreement which will see Ateker Information & Consulting CO. Ltd. take charge of ensuring that the multinational antivirus developer’s solutions are available at all sales outlets in Taiwan. This deal represents a significant reinforcement of Panda Software’s presence in the region, and comes after a series of major commercial operations in Hong Kong, Macao and the Mainland.
"Our solid infrastructure with sophisticated technical resources and expert staff are driving an annual growth rate of 100 percent and this new deal with Ateker combined with further national expansion will fuel this growth even further,” explains Peter He, general manager of Panda Software China.
In April of this year, a new joint venture between The Founder Group, China’s second PC manufacturer, and Panda Software consolidated the European AV developer’s presence in the country. The agreement preceded the launch in China of Panda’s new corporate solutions: Panda Antivirus Enterprise Suite and Panda PerimeterScan.
