Op donderdagavond 21 januari zijn de prestigieuze Dutch IT-channel Awards 2015 uitgereikt. Hoofdredacteur Witold Kepinski en presentatrice Celine Huijsmans deelden in NH Collection Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky in totaal zestien prijzen uit aan bedrijven en personen die het afgelopen jaar in de ogen van de Nederlandse IT-channel de beste prestaties hebben geleverd.
Reseller Awards
De VAR (Value Added Reseller) of the Year Award werd uitgereikt aan Insight Enterprises Netherlands. De MKB reseller of the Year Award werd uitgereikt aan CentralPoint.nl. De Cloud & Managed Services Provider of the Year 2015 Award ging naar Tectrade.
Distributor Awards
Copaco won de Distributor of the Year 2015 Award. Avnet kreeg de Specialist Distributor of the Year 2015 Award uitgereikt.
Vendor Awards
De Cloud Innovator of the Year 2015 Award werd gewonnen door Oracle. De Best Healthcare Innovator of the Year 2015 Award ging naar EMC. De Best Public Service Innovator Award of the Year Award werd uitgereikt aan de Nederlandse security appliance leverancier Red Socks. De Most Disruptive Business Analytics Solution of the Year Award ging naar SAS en Amsio.
De Mobility Innovator of the Year Award werd uitgereikt aan FirmTel. De Best Channel Program of the Year Award werd gewonnen door Veeam. De Best Software Defined of the Year Award werd uitgereikt aan SUSE. De Networking Innovator of the Year Award won NETGEAR. De Storage Innovator of the Year Award werd gewonnen door Nutanix. De Security Vendor of the Year Award ging naar Sophos.
Editor’s Choice
De Editors Choice Award Award is uitgereikt aan Eugene Tuijnman, directeur van SLTN Inter Access. “Tuijnman laat zich gelden in de markt met een multi-vendor strategie. Bij veel innovatieve IT-leveranciers heeft Tuijnman zitting in Partner Advisory Boards en behartigt hij de belangen van channel partners”, aldus hoofdredacteur Witold Kepinski.
“We kijken terug op een mooie avond waar de hele breedte uit de Nederlandse IT-channel was vertegenwoordigd met ruim 350 aanwezigen.
Daarnaast was er een indrukwekkende speech van trendwatcher Adjiedj Bakas over de impact digitale transformatie. Door het grote succes zullen we volgend jaar weer het Dutch IT-channel Awards Nieuwjaarsgala organiseren waar de hele branche samenkomt om te netwerken en het belang van het kanaal viert. Ons motto dit was dan ook ‘Let’s celebrate the channel’!”.
