Amsterdam, 5 februari 2013 – Red Hat, Inc. (NYSE: RHT), leverancier van opensourceoplossingen, heeft zich aangesloten bij het HP Enterprise Services Technology Alliance programma. HP Enterprise Services biedt Red Hat producten aan als onderdeel van zijn Standard Operating Platform en gebruikt Red Hat JBoss Middleware technologie en Red Hat Enterprise Linux als ontwikkelplatform en voor het inzetten van oplossingen om bedrijfskritische diensten in het bedrijf te beheren.

Hiermee vergroten we de flexibiliteit en verlagen we tegelijkertijd de kosten voor de infrastructuur en beheer”, zegt Alan Sanchez, director of global strategic alliances bij Red Hat. “Deze oplossingen bieden onze klanten het beste van beide bedrijven wat leidt tot betere resultaten.”

HP Enterprise Services’ oplossingen zijn ontworpen en gebouwd op het platform van Red Hat en hebben tot doel prestaties, beveiliging en schaalbaarheid te bieden die propriëtaire oplossingen overtreffen.
Voorbeelden van deze oplossingen zijn:
- HP Service Orchestration Manager, ontworpen om Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) diensten en agile applicaties te ontwikkelen, integreren en monitoren evenals het combineren van netwerken, IT en web 2.0 diensten.
- HP SDP Service Governance Framework, biedt Application Programming Interface management voor registratie, authenticatie, autorisatie en rechten.
- HP Storefront en Mobility Gateway biedt een end-to-end mobility applicatie die Communication Service Providers hun zakelijke klanten kunnen bieden. De oplossing verhoogt de productiviteit door het gebruik van smartphones en tablets te ondersteunen met end to end application security buiten het kantoor.
- HP Aggregation Platform for SaaS biedt een gemeenschappelijke basis voor meerdere as-a-service producten. Het integreert en automatiseert belangrijke service management processen zoals provisioning, activation, rapportages en servicegebruik.
HP Enterprise Services Technology Alliance partners zijn toonaangevende bedrijven die samenwerken met HP om gezamenlijk onderscheidende diensten te ontwikkelen en te implementeren.
