Amstelveen, 23 juni 2010 – HP introduceert vandaag de ultradunne HP ProBook 5320m, het nieuwste model in een bekroonde serie notebooks. De HP ProBook 5320m weegt 1,7 kg en is met zijn 23,5 mm één van de dunste zakelijke HP notebooks. Het notebook is voorzien van een geborsteld aluminium omhulsel en heeft een 33,8 cm HD LED-scherm en een toetsenbord dat bestand is tegen morsen.
Daarnaast beschikt de HP ProBook 5320m over:
- Externe HP USB, CD en DVD-drive, VGA- of DisplayPort waarmee gebruikers de Probook gemakkelijk kunnen aansluiten op monitoren en projectoren.
- HP Mobile Broadband (optioneel) om onderweg gemakkelijk en veilig toegang te krijgen tot internet, intranet, e-mail en gevoelige informatie.
- HP ProtectTools waarmee gebruikers eenvoudig hun inloggegevens voor websites, bestanden en applicaties kunnen beheren.
- Een milieuvriendelijk ontwerp zonder gebromeerde vlamvertragers (BFR) en polyvinylchloride (PVC’s). Het model is ENERGY STAR® gecertificeerd en EPEAT® Silver geregistreerd en is voor 90 procent gemaakt van recyclebaar materiaal.
- De nieuwste editie in de M-serie biedt een aantal batterijopties die bijdragen aan het dunne design. Daarnaast is er een optionele zes-cell batterij beschikbaar die tot wel 11 uur meegaat.

HP Enhances Award-Winning Business Notebook Series with HP ProBook 5320m
GENEVA, 23 June, 2010 – Building on recent product success, HP has expanded its business notebook series by introducing the next generation of the ultra-thin HP ProBook 5320m.
At 23.5mm and weighing 1.7kg, the HP ProBook 5320m is one of HPs thinnest business notebooks and features an anodized brushed aluminium finish, a 33.8cm (13.3”) LED high-definition (HD)
(1) display and a spacious spill-resistant full-size keyboard.
The thin and light notebook offers added energy-efficiency, extra performance and reduced power consumption. Even with the ultra thin and light formfactor, customers can benefit from full processor performance features such as Intel® Turbo Boost
(2) and Hyper-Threading Technology.
(3) It also includes an external HP USB, CD and DVD drive and a VGA port or DisplayPort
(4) to connect to displays and projectors easily.
The HP ProBook 5320m includes integrated HP Mobile Broadband powered by Gobi,

Designed to ensure advanced business security, energy savings and improved ease of use, the HP ProBook 5320m features a suite of HP ProtectTools to allow customers, in three simple steps, to enable features such as BIOS passwords, single log-on and credential manager to manage user passwords for websites, applications and files. In the event of the notebook being lost or stolen, personal data is also protected with drive encryption and the 5320m features a fingerprint sensor and facial recognition for easier user authentification.
Free of brominated flame retardants (BFRs) and polyvinyl chloride (PVCs), the HP ProBook 5320m is engineered to reduce the impact on the environment. It is ENERGY STAR® certified, EPEAT® Silver registered and built with 90 percent recyclable materials.
This latest addition to the m-series includes a range of battery options and Lithium-polymer batteries that contribute to the remarkably thin design. An optional
