BROCADE ANNOUNCES DETAILS OF 2005 CUSTOMER CONFERENCES IN PARIS, FRANKFURT, AND LONDON
June Conferences to Spotlight Latest SAN Market Trends, Solutions from Partners
GENEVA - 3 March, 2005 - Brocade Communications Systems, Inc. (Brocade®) (Nasdaq: BRCD), the world's leading provider of Storage Area Network (SAN) infrastructure solutions, today announced its Customer Conference schedule for Europe for the first half of 2005, comprised of one-and-a-half-day events in Paris on June 7-8, Frankfurt/Hanau on June 14-15, and London on June 16-17.
The Brocade Conferences bring Brocade leaders together with local customers and partners for the latest on the company's SAN market, technology, and product roadmap, and for discussion and debate about the direction the market is taking. This year's programme includes presentations on best practice by Brocade customers, tutorials by Brocade OEM Partners and strategic partners, certification training by Brocade instructors, and onsite certification testing.
"In 2004 we had more than 2,000 participants in Paris, Frankfurt, and London combined, and we are expecting another record year," said Ian Whiting, Vice President of Brocade EMEA and Latin America. "Storage area networking has come of age and the feedback from many is that our conferences are the forum for learning about SAN industry developments and best practices."
Brocade plans additional one-day conferences in Stockholm, Vienna, and Milan in November. Dates and details for these conferences will be announced during the summer.
