¥ Partner Training Roadmaps – Oracle provides guided, online training roadmaps to enable partners to build their skill set in sales, pre-sales technical support and implementation for Oracle9i, Oracle9i Application Server, E-Business Suite and Outsourcing. In addition, partners can take advantage of all of Oracle University’s online classes for free if they want to deepen their skills in any area.
¥ Business Practice Competency Training and Skills Assessment – After completing the training, partners may complete a skills assessment test delivered and scored online via Oracle’s iLearning system which put them one step closer to becoming a Certified or Certified Advantage level partner.
¥ Discounts and Rebates on Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) Exams – To further encourage partners to demonstrate their Oracle competency, Oracle PartnerNetwork members qualify for a 35% discount off all OCP exams and effective immediately are also eligible for up to six exams, paid in full by Oracle when the partner passes.

¥ Business Practices Competency Training & Assessment – To insure partners understand the options available to them and the detailed business practices, pricing rules, ordering and royalty reporting processes, Oracle PartnerNetwork now requires that partners must complete a series of online training modules and pass a skills assessment test online in order to sign or renew any type of distribution agreement.
Improved Partner Experience
In its effort to continuously improve the Oracle partner experience, the Oracle PartnerNetwork has enhanced the navigation of the Oracle PartnerNetwork portal by aligning criteria, benefits and content by partner type. By declaring a partner type upon registration, benefits and special offers will be presented in a personalized manner. Those partners who reach Certified Levels by demonstrating high levels of performance and commitment to Oracle are rewarded increased benefits and promotional opportunities.
Additionally, in order to provide consistent global account management for partners, a Partner ResourceNetwork (PRN) center was opened in Europe, adding to existing centers in Latin America, North America and Asia Pacific. With the PRN resources available around the world, partners are now insured a consistent, global model for communication with Oracle. The PRN offers phone and email support to partners to assist them in all aspects of engaging with Oracle.
