Citrix ontwikkelt sales- en marketingprogramma voor e-government projecten

Het Citrix GELA programma weerspiegelt de groeiende interesse van de Nederlandse publieke sector in de door Citrix ontwikkelde MetaFrame en NFuse oplossingen voor  server-based computing en access portals. Het programma biedt een speciale verkoopprocedure voor het aankopen van de oplossingen door klanten uit de publieke sector. De technologie van Citrix biedt organisaties de mogelijkheid het beheer van hun volledige ICT-infrastructuur te centraliseren, waardoor de operationele kosten aanzienlijk worden verlaagd terwijl een snelle en veilige inzet van toepassingen en informatie wordt gegarandeerd voor zowel interne als externe gebruikers.

Het Citrix GELA programma is beschikbaar voor de Nederlandse nationale en regionale overheidsinstellingen die zijn opgenomen in de Staatsalmanak 2002. Instellingen die hierin niet zijn opgenomen, kunnen een aanvraag voor deelname aan het programma indienen, die al dan niet wordt geaccepteerd op basis van toetsing door Citrix Systems.
