SEC”) relating to a proposed initial public offering of American Depositary Shares (“
ADSs”), each representing one of its ordinary shares. The number of ADSs to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. Talend intends to list its ADSs on the NASDAQ Global Market under the ticker symbol “TLND.”
