Gouda, 24 maart 2009 - MSC.Software, aanbieder van simulatie- en ontwerpsoftware, kondigt aan dat Ford Motor Company een nieuwe overeenkomst met het bedrijf getekend heeft. Al twintig jaar zet Ford Motor Company de producten van MSC.Software in voor innovatie en engineeringsimulatie en met deze overeenkomst wordt dit goede contact voortgezet.
Binnen de nieuwe overeenkomst zal Ford MSC Nastran en Adams blijven gebruiken als standaard simulatietools. De inzet van deze tools maakt productverbeteringen en een kortere time-to-market mogelijk, waardoor Ford aan de competitieve businesseisen van de huidige automotive markt kan voldoen.
