Alkmaar, The Netherlands, September 16th, 2005
CyberTech Telecom Development in The Netherlands introduces today a new method of Voice-over-IP (VoIP) recording whereby the voice- and call-data packets are retrieved from data network, simultaneously. This incoming data-stream is then processed in real-time, such that the resulting voice-stream can be stored together with the call-data in one Voice Recording System. This way the recorded calls can be more easily retrieved and played back, even in real-time, without the need for additional CTI integration. With this new patented way of VoIP recording, CyberTech allows both existing and new voice recording users to take advantage of the IP technology in telecommunications.
Voice over IP is the new architecture in telecommunications. It provides several new challenges for recording solutions. CyberTech specializes in digital recording interfaces for a majority of the worlds PBX's. CyberTech has now developed a unique VoIP recording solution that can support customers in making a seamless transition from traditional telephony recording to VoIP recording of all the major VoIP switches, including Avaya, Nortel, Cisco and Mitel.
With this new VoIP recording method, CyberTech is able to provide one solution, including mixed telephony, in one single chassis. In line with the leading digital interface technology, CyberTech decodes additional call data such as the called and calling party numbers directly from the network. This VoIP recording solution fits seamlessly into the current product portfolio of Parrot-DSC cards and the MynaVoice voice recorder.
