Getronics NV (“Getronics”) has noted the announcement of Ordina NV (“Ordina”) that it has withdrawn its intention to make an offer for PinkRoccade NV (“PinkRoccade”). Getronics is assessing the current situation, including clarifying the current position of important stakeholders of PinkRoccade and finalizing its validation of addition information received from PinkRoccade on 25 January 2005 which formed part of the Due Diligence performed by Ordina.
The intended offer for PinkRoccade and the planned rights issue will be the subject of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Getronics (“EGM”) scheduled for 2 February 2005. This announcement is a public announcement as meant within Section 9b, of the Dutch Securities Supervision Decree (Besluit toezicht effectenverkeer 1995).
