Pursuant to article 9g paragraph 3 of the Dutch Securities Supervision Decree (Besluit Toezicht Effectenverkeer 1995) Getronics NV (‘Getronics’) is required to make the intended recommended offer for PinkRoccade NV (‘PinkRoccade’) within 6 weeks of the joint announcement by Getronics and PinkRoccade issued on 30 November 2004, announcing the good progress on the preparations.

Getronics has published a presentation summarizing the key elements of the business case for the combination of Getronics and PinkRoccade on its website: www.getronics.com.
This announcement is a public announcement as meant within section 9b paragraph 1 of the Dutch Securities Supervision Decree (Besluit Toezicht Effectenverkeer 1995).
