Getronics NV (“Getronics”) has offered to PinkRoccade NV (“PinkRoccade”) that it shares with Ordina NV (“Ordina”) the findings from the due diligence on PinkRoccade which formed the basis of the agreed Merger Protocol between Getronics and PinkRoccade.
Getronics continues to believe that a prolonged offer process is detrimental to the business of PinkRoccade as it continues the uncertainty for clients and employees. Making these due diligence findings available to Ordina would enable Ordina to accelerate its decision to take a formal position on its intentions with respect to PinkRoccade. Getronics continues to closely monitor the developments around PinkRoccade.
