SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 23, 2004--Salesforce.com, inc. (NYSE:CRM) today announced the initial public offering of 10,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price of $11.00 per share. Salesforce.com has also granted the underwriters an option to purchase an additional 1.5 million shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any. Salesforce.com's common stock will begin trading this morning on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol 'CRM.'
