Getronics N.V. announces that the procedure before the "Ondernemingskamer" ("Enterprise Division") of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal regarding an investigation into the affairs of the company has been put on hold ("is aangehouden"), with the agreement of all the parties involved. No new date has been set for the continuation of the procedure. Getronics N.V. expects to be consulted about the continuation of the procedure, if any, by the other parties involved.
