(Nasdaq: CPTH - News), a global leader in Internet communications, today announced that CTI2 will market and resell Critical Path's messaging software as part of an advanced messaging solution that includes enhanced capabilities ranging from voice access to email, mobile messaging, and personal information management (PIM) to unified communications. The relationship leverages Critical Path's highly scalable and cost-effective messaging solutions and CTI2's value-added services platform to create enhanced, customized services to meet the needs of global carriers and service providers. CTI2 will resell the CP(TM) Messaging Server to its customers as part of its value added messaging platform. Both companies intend to expand the partnership to leverage their respective partners and channels to procure new business.
CTI2 customized service solutions include OPENVoicemail, VoicemailPlus, Unified Communications, VirtualFax, Email-to-Phone, Virtual Assistant for message delivery and notification, Find me - Follow me, as well as a rich suite of user interfaces such as Web, desktop, Java, WAP, Telephone and Voice activated unified communications clients.
