The integration of Verastream with Siebel eBusiness Applications allows users to maximize their customer relationship management (CRM) investment by integrating information from mission-critical systems and other customer touchpoints to create a complete view of the customer. Verastream provides real-time, bi-directional integration with Siebel eBusiness Applications at the business services level.
