SEATTLE, March 8, 2006 — AttachmateWRQ announced today that it has completed the acquisition of OnDemand Software, Inc. of Bonita Springs, Fla. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
OnDemand Software develops software management and distribution solutions for small, medium and enterprise IT environments. One of the pioneers in the field of Microsoft Installer (MSI) application packaging and distribution, OnDemand’s offerings include the award-winning WinINSTALL™ product family which is deployed at over 5,000 companies worldwide.
