Winners were announced during a special awards ceremony held on July 1, 2004 during the Microsoft Tech*Ed Europe 2004 Conference in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
From a field of more than 70 entries, Compuware DevPartner Studio Professional Edition was selected as the unprecedented and prestigious winner of the "Overall Best of Tech*Ed Europe 2004 Award." This award recognized DevPartner Studio as the most significant and innovative product exhibited at the conference.
