Getronics announces that Mr Rob van den Bergh, member of the Supervisory Board of Getronics since 2001, has decided to resign for personal reasons after the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on 7 April. Mr Patrick Gallagher, CEO of Flag Telecom, will be nominated as new member.
At 30 September 2004 Mr Mijndert Ververs will also resign as a member of the Supervisory Board. Mr Ververs has been a member of the Supervisory Board of Getronics since 1998. He was Chairman between April 2001 and 1 January 2004.
Mr Niek Ketting, member of the Supervisory Board since 1993, will not be available for a further term, when his current term expires in 2005.
The new nominated member of the Supervisory Board is Mr Patrick Gallagher (age 48, British nationality) CEO of Flag Telecom since 2003. Between 1985 and 2003 Mr Gallagher held various management positions at BT Group, such as Group Director Strategy & Development and President BT Europe. Mr Gallagher graduated from Warwick University with a degree in economics and industry.
