1. Scan your paper documents or your business cards. Open PDF or image files. Choose your acquisition mode, select your document type (text pages or business cards), enable the proper system options (page deskewing, page analysis, page orientation) and define your scanner settings.
2. Recognize your documents.
Select the document language and define the output format that best fits your needs: edit your documents in Word, Excel, Acrobat Reader, etc. Export your contacts to Outlook or other contact managers.

Recognize up to 5 languages on the same document. To read documents where the French translation occurs alongside an English text, select French as main language and English as secondary language to ensure that the accentuated characters - such as "ç", "é" and "ù" - get recognized correctly.
Both lexicons will provide linguistic "feedback" to the OCR process. And this allows Readiris to "auto-detect" which language is used where in your document!
