The product is called Loyalty in a Box and is now available from AESYS (
www.aesys.nl). It is simple to set up and use, and is affordable by even the smallest of businesses.
Like the large scale expensive loyalty schemes, Loyalty in a Box allows customers to collect points which can be exchanged for gifts or discounts. It keeps track of customers’ buying behaviour, which enables a creative retailer to target them with attractive offers. The large outlets have proved that this gives them a real edge over their rivals, increasing footfall and spend per visit.
Best of all, Loyalty in a Box can use the customer’s mobile phone to promote offers, via the phone’s Short Messaging Service (SMS). It allows a creative retailer to keep close to his customers. Email and postal communications are also supported.
The cards ( SmartCards) are, on demand, custom printed for the retailer.
Loyalty in a Box is easy to set up and use. The retailer’s terminal contacts automatically a high security computer using a phone line, and the computer holds and processes the information and reports to the retailer. The retailer manages the scheme via a dedicated web site.
Loyalty in a Box comes in three versions from a single terminal system right through to a version suitable for large retailers where points can be gained and redeemed across a number of outlets. The system is modular which means that new functionality can be added as business grows.
