As of 1st April 2003, Mr. F.M. (Frank) de Bekker MSc. MBA (37) has been appointed as Managing Director of the Business Unit Corporate Advisory and member of the Management Committee of Rabo Securities in Amsterdam. Rabo Securities is the equity investment bank of Rabobank International. Corporate Advisory provides companies and governments with financial services (which include mergers, acquisitions and privatisations) and capital markets services (which include equity-related finance such as share issues and IPOs).
Before joining Rabo Securities, Frank was Director of PricewaterhouseCoopers Corporate Finance & Recovery since January 2002 and Senior Vice President of Lehman Brothers in 2000 and 2001. From 1991 to 2000, Frank was with MeesPierson Corporate Finance & Capital Markets, where he was appointed co-head in 1999.
