Contact centre software solutions provider CallScripter has recently been named 'best call center product op the year 2003' by independent consultants of TopSales BV, based in Rotterdam in the Netherlands.
On top of this CallScripter has entered into a partnership agreement with NextiraOne in France. NextiraOne, formerly Alcatel Réseaux d’Entreprise and the leader in network and solutions integration for enterprise communications in France, has chosen CallScripter as ‘best of breed’ to complete its portfolio.
Under this agreement, NextiraOne France will offer the web-based product to its 150,000 strong client base. CallScripter comes as a valuable addition to NextiraOne’s list of preferred partners: This partnership will combine NextiraOne’s expertise in contact centre solutions integration and CallScripter’s use of the latest technology, such as Microsoft ASP. Net, to supply a powerful scripting and workflow management tool to customer-facing organisations in France.
In the Benelux-countries CallScripter is being introduced by TopSales to its customers. TopSales is an independent call centre consultancy company which did independent market research and found that at the moment Call Scripter is the best product in its field. Therefore TopSales is happy to recommend CallScripter to its customers who are in need of a workflow management system which also includes e-mail options and webchat. In Benelux-projects CallScripter is the official selling party with TopSales providing the implementation services.
The CallScripter workflow management software suite is served in a web browser and allows non-technical users to build their own scripts and reports in minutes. This thin-client software also offers all the functionalities of a workflow management tool such as calls and tasks allocation, calendar function, calls and campaigns statistics and history.
