ICT Group N.V. (ICT) today published the convocation for its Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGM) that will be held via a live video-webcast on Thursday 20 August 2020. The key agenda item is the proposal to appoint Janneke Niessen (1977, Dutch nationality) as member of the Supervisory Board.
The EGM will be organized in the same manner as the recent AGM, in light of the COVID-19 pandemic and following the Emergency-Act. The EGM will only be electronically accessible for shareholders via a live video-webcast. Shareholders can vote through an electronic proxy and have the opportunity to submit questions to ICT prior to the EGM at
