TIE Kinetix today announced that the intended closing of the sale of its business line ‘Google-Ads-for-Channel’ and TCMA to Impartner Inc. of the US for a consideration of € 6 million is postponed until August 21st, 2020.
The closing of the transaction is postponed at the request of the buyer pending completion of the buyers financing of the transaction, which is impacted by the measures taken in light of the Covid-19 virus outbreak.
