Software Improvement Group increases presence in the BeLux with a new country manager and relocation of their Belgian office

Software Improvement Group (SIG), an international quality consultancy firm, announces the assignment of Maja D’Hondt as new BeLux country manager and the relocation of its Belgian office to Fosbury & Sons. This investment follows SIG’s ambition to further increase its presence and impact in the BeLux when it comes to improving software quality worldwide.

SIG is operating in over 10 countries with offices in 5, including Belgium. Software is the DNA of our society and the quality of it is mission critical to all businesses. The investment in a new management and relocation of the Belgian office supports SIG’s ambition to grow internationally and facilitate employees in an optimal manner to work towards realizing its mission “Getting Software Right”.

The relocation of the Belgian office is in line with SIG’s ambitions for the next phase of its BeLux activities. The new office – Fosbury & Sons – is similar in concept to EDGE Olympic, to which the Amsterdam Headquarters recently moved – and enables employees to work in an innovative, high-tech, state of the art building that provides an inspiring environment and drives productivity and creativity.

Kris Dillemans has lead Belgian operations since 2010, and has built a successful business over the years. As of May 2018 he has transferred his responsibilities to Maja D’Hondt. Kris’ new rol will focus on building new partnerships with strategic clients in Belgium as well as Luxembourg. Per June 2018, Maja D’Hondt will be responsible for leading all sales and delivery operations in Belgium as the new country manager. With her great experience, expertise and knowledge, SIG is confident that she will boost the Belgium operations even further. In the past years, SIG helped multiple clients in Belgium, including Federal and Flemish government services, Baloise Insurance, bpost, Cegeka, KBC and Telenet. With these recent changes, this track record will only increase and expand.

Maja D’Hondt: “After almost 20 years in this business I see that building software remains as costly and as high-risk as ever, despite changing technologies and processes. SIG is in a unique position with its vast experience, products and data on software to help companies protect their investments in software. It is our ambition to become the one partner BeLux companies turn to when they want to be in control of their software and manage it proactively. ”

The new address of SIG’s Belgian office, as of June 15 will be:
