“This move, effective January 16, 2017, demonstrates to current and prospective FMP360 customers that we’re committed to optimizing the performance of their field service operations, which ultimately leads to gains in productivity and profitability,” said Gomocha CEO Martin Knook. He added, “Current customers will not be affected – except they’ll see neat new features and functionalities, such as the integration of FMPmaps into the FMP360 solution beginning in April.”
Gomocha, with offices in the U.S. and Europe, will specialize in FMP360, an off-the-shelf, cloud-based solution that integrates all relevant data sources into a one-app experience for field service technicians. Gomocha FMP360 customers are able to satisfy (and retain) their customers through improved first-time-fix rates and less time spent on jobsites.
Suitable for organizations with 5 to 1500 users who deliver project-site, customer-site or asset-site field services, FMP360 customers include utilities, construction companies, maintenance and repair specialists, and food and beverage vending operations – all of which rely on FMP360’s highly scalable and easily configurable processes. “This solution is so flexible, it’s ‘future-proof,’” according to Knook.
