De iceMonitor applicatie biedt een overzicht van real-time informatie op een dashboard, waardoor team / afdelingsleiders en supervisors wachtrijen kunnen beheren, contacten kunnen her-routeren, toezicht hebben op de prestaties van de agenten, en aangepaste alarmmeldingen kunnen ontvangen als ‘pop-up’ of per e-mail.
