Amsterdam, 14 mei 2013 – Red Hat, Inc. (NYSE: RHT), leverancier van opensourceoplossingen, kondigt aan dat het Technical Account Management Services portfolio is uitgebreid om specifiek ondersteuning te gaan bieden voor SAP-oplossingen. Vanaf heden kunnen klanten van Red Hat die ook producten van SAP gebruiken hiervoor terecht bij de Red Hat Technical Account Managers (TAM’s) die gespecialiseerd zijn in de oplossingen van SAP.
De SAP-ondersteuning die Red Hat toevoegt aan het Technical Account Management portfolio is een waardevolle aanvulling op een sterk platform van services. De Red Hat TAM’s hebben diepgaande kennis en expertise van SAP, waarmee ze klanten kunnen voorzien van begeleiding en inzicht in hun installaties. Daar hoort advies bij over strategische en proactieve planning, technische en product-roadmaps en meer. TAM’s helpen organisaties om hun omgevingen waar zowel de oplossingen van SAP als Red Hat gebruikt worden te optimaliseren, zodat ze de meeste waarde halen uit hun investeringen.
Het Red Hat Technical Account Management Services portfolio geeft klanten toegang tot een ervaren consultant die met hen samenwerkt om hun oplossingen te optimaliseren voor hun bedrijfsvoering. Red Hat TAM’s geven klanten gepersonaliseerde en proactieve ondersteuning gebaseerd op hun bestaande kennis van de IT-omgevingen van elke individuele klant en hun zakelijke doelstellingen, aangevuld met best practices uit de markt. TAM-klanten krijgen ook voorrang bij de toegang tot feature requests en patches voor producten evenals inzicht in de bestaande en toekomstige producten van Red Hat.
Red Hat begon in 2001 met het TAM-programma als een breed initiatief dat alle producten van Red Hat omvatte. Sindsdien is het bedrijf begonnen met het aanbieden van TAM’s die focussen op specifieke producten en diensten, waaronder SAP, cloud computing, platform- en middleware-implementaties, virtualisatie en storage.
Beschikbaarheid
De Red Hat TAM-diensten voor SAP zijn nu wereldwijd beschikbaar voor alle klanten van Red Hat.
