Social Business Convention in Rotterdam, which takes place on the 15th and 16th May.

As well as highlighting the influence that social media has over a company’s brand and image, this workshop will illustrate how Social CRM allows companies to engage in conversations customers have about the company on social media networks and thus dramatically expand the access companies have to their customers.
