New York, NY and ‘s-Hertogenbosch, Netherlands, December 14, 2011 – BWise announced today that external auditor KPMG has confirmed certification of BWise SaaS and application management services for the new International Standard on Assurance Engagements No. 3402 (ISAE 3402) Type II. The ISAE Service Organization Controls Report recognizes BWise as a dependable and trustworthy organization to manage the outsourced processes from its customers.
In March 2011, KPMG designed and certified all risks relevant to ISAE3402, covering control objectives and operational controls. KPMG has since audited and approved of the execution of these processes and controls resulting in the ISAE3402 type II certification
