The iPad app supports sales agents with real-time order taking, fully integrated with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and AX.
The Sana Mobile Sales Assistant app for Apple iOS supports sales agents while they are where the business is: at their customers. The app was built around the sales agent’s needs for quick ordering representing their customers, using (filtered) order lists and getting insights in customers' (pending) orders history. Besides, the app supports creation of quotes for prospects.
The app hooks directly in to the Sana Commerce Framework. This means that it automatically leverages the advantages of the real-time or scheduled interfaces with Dynamics NAV and Dynamics AX. While being on the road, sales agents benefit from customer specific prices and up-to-date stock information. Orders are directly processed and discounts are calculated real-time by Dynamics, from within the app.
Using an iPad with its intuitive multi touch interface, the Sana Commerce app provides an easy entry to the sales supporting capabilities of the Sana Commerce B2B shop. The ‘Go Offline’ option offers full freedom in order taking. It syncs all basic item information to the iPad and stores orders locally till the moment internet is available again.
Customers using the Sana Commerce Fashion add-on are served as well; the app integrally supports the fashion specific ordering matrices for colors and sizes.
