Met ingang van 15 juni 2011 zal Lia Belilos bij KPN in dienst treden als directeur HR.
De afgelopen 25 jaar heeft Lia Belilos bij Royal Dutch Shell diverse HR-functies vervuld in binnen- en buitenland, waaronder tien jaar in Azië. Vanaf 2009 was zij Vice-President HR Benefrux (Belgie, Nederland, Frankrijk, Luxemburg).
Lia Belilos is getrouwd en heeft twee kinderen.
