After the decisions taken at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Unit 4
Agresso N.V of 21 December 2001, Unit 4 Agresso has applied for a de-listing
from Oslo Børs.
Based on the application, the secondary listing on Oslo Børs, and the low
liquidity of the shares at Oslo Børs compared to the primary listing at
Euronext Amsterdam, Oslo Børs has decided that a de-listing is justified.
According to this Oslo Børs has decided the following:
`Oslo Børs made a decision to de-list Unit 4 Agresso. Last day of listing
for the quoted company Unit 4 Agresso (UNI) is 1 March 2002.`
