Riverbed, de IT-infrastructuur performance company, heeft onlangs Carolyn Crandall aangesteld als vicepresident marketing wereldwijd. In haar nieuwe rol houdt Crandall toezicht op het strategische management van de internationale marketinginitiatieven van Riverbed. Crandall heeft meer dan twintig jaar marketingervaring en veel kennis op het gebied van merkmanagement, channelmarketing, het genereren van leads en field marketing.
Riverbed wil zijn leiderschap op het gebied van WAN-optimalisatie verder uitbreiden met nieuwe producten en markten, waaronder de cloud. Crandall is verantwoordelijk voor het uitdragen van Riverbed’s visie en strategie en het ontwikkelen en implementeren van go-to-market activiteiten. Verder is ze verantwoordelijk voor de uitbreiding van Riverbed’s merkwaarde en het versnellen van de groei met partners via het Riverbed partnerprogramma en wervingscampagnes.
