As a result of increased demand and strong results in the market, BWise has expanded its North American team, including hiring a new President for the firm,
Joseph C. LeBas, effective immediately.
In his role of President, North America, Mr. LeBas will focus on the overall operating performance of the North American business, as well as expanding the company’s sales, marketing, consulting services and customer support teams to meet the needs of its customer base. Mr. LeBas brings a strong track record of building profitable and innovative businesses in different industries and around the world. Prior to joining BWise, LeBas helped build information management software firm Vivisimo into a worldwide leader, serving as Senior Vice President, Americas, and earlier as Vice President of Worldwide Sales. Previously, Mr. LeBas served in general management, sales management, and key account management roles for such companies as PolyServe (acquired by HP), PeopleSoft, and Corporate Express, a Buhrmann Company.

Over the past three years the company has seen significant growth in North America, while adding several new customers to its diverse roster of clients. These new customers represent a wide range of industries including Manufacturing, Life Sciences,
Financial Services/Insurance, and
Energy and Utilities. Some noteworthy new enterprise clients in the region have included Roche, Aon Corporation, The Southern Company, and Marathon Oil.
