Naast het overbrengen van tekstberichten, zet de M155 ook automatisch een spraakkanaal op middels een ingebouwde microfoon en luidspreker en fungeert het als een persoonlijk alarmsysteem. De M155 Messenger heeft een 3-regelig display voor tekstberichten en geeft gebruikers volledige controle over hun bereikbaarheid. Daarbij integreert de M155 naadloos met de telefooncentrale en de (messaging) applicaties van organisaties.
De M155 Messenger is bij uitstek geschikt als communicatiemiddel binnen organisaties voor welke het versturen van tekstberichten of het doorgeven van alarminformatie naar medewerkers cruciaal is, bijvoorbeeld in ziekenhuizen en hotel-omgevingen.
