Paris, on January 7, 2009 - Capgemini, one of the world leaders in consultancy, IT, data processing and outsourcing, announced today that its subsidiary, Capgemini Finance & Services SAS (“Capgemini FS”), just signed a partnership agreement with BWise, the world’s leading supplier of software solutions for the management of the Governance, the Risks and Compliance (GRC), to deliver joint services on the French market.
By combining their competences, Capgemini FS and BWise aimed to provide organizations wishing to develop a GRC strategy, an integrated offer of services to meet the constraints arising from the evolution of the regulations.
While relying on the GRC platform of BWise and the skill and technical expertise of Capgemini FS, the two partners will offer their customers solutions to optimize their strategies with regards to their governance, risk management and compliance. This approach also makes it possible to gain effectiveness in the processes of internal control and audit.
