In de ‘executive summary’ van het rapport wordt Agresso genoemd als één van twee aanbieders van enterprise applicaties die hun leiderschapspositie bij grote organisaties hebben verkregen door hun vermogen om complexiteit en keuze aan licensing metrics te bieden. www.agresso.com/USA), the ERP market’s definition of agility, reported today that the independent research firm, Forrester Research, has published “The Forrester WaveTM: Enterprise Apps Software Licensing and Pricing, Q4 2007” (October 2007) that includes coverage of Agresso. The report’s Executive Summary names Agresso one of two “enterprise applications vendors that were found to have established early leadership among large enterprises thanks to their ability to accommodate complexity and choice in licensing metrics and support for the enterprise software licensee bill of rights.” Forrester additionally published a companion vendor profile to the Wave headlined, “Agresso Leads in Enterprise Apps Software Licensing.” The report’s subhead is entitled “Agresso Best Suited to Change-Oriented SMB’s (Small- to Medium Businesses) and Large Enterprises.” Agresso, a provider of a leading people- and services-centric enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution, was named one of two vendors that “Best Address the Needs of Large Enterprises.” In the large enterprise edition of the survey, the report anoints Agresso and the other, much larger vendor with “leader status.” “Forays in the North American market have successfully led to several $1 million-plus wins for this Microsoft.net-based vendor,” quotes the report.
