Inforum 2007 vindt plaats van 9 t/m 12 september in het Sands Expo and Convention Center in Las Vegas. Inforum 2007 Presents 35 Educational Sessions Dedicated to CRM Best Practices

ATLANTA - August 10, 2007 - Infor today announced it will deliver more than 35 educational sessions on customer relationship management (CRM) at the company's global annual user conference, Inforum 2007, to be held September 9-12 at Las Vegas' Sands Expo and Convention Center. Infor, partners and CRM customers including AutoTrader.com and Interval International, among others, will present case studies and best practices for improving customer response to inbound and outbound marketing and sales campaigns. The common thread for these CRM leaders is their ability to create a 360-degree view of the customer to achieve positive and profitable customer interactions.

"Infor CRM enables companies to maximize every customer interaction and increase the effectiveness of their campaigns and real-time offers," said Patric Timmermans, director of Infor CRM product marketing. "Inforum offers big-picture views of how companies who implement advanced CRM solutions can drive revenue and build customer loyalty."

Several Infor CRM customers will present at Inforum, including Interval International who will discuss its best practices for inbound and outbound marketing. Following the implementation of Infor CRM Inbound and Infor CRM Outbound Marketing, Interval International realized a 60 percent increase in email open rate, and achieved an 84 percent ROI within one year and a 100 percent ROI within five months of the second year.

Other sessions include "Beyond the Basics: Segmentation and Analysis," "Change Management: Best Practices in Today's 'Deliver Now' World," and "Building Profit One Customer at a Time." At Inforum 2007, Infor domain experts will provide information on the product roadmaps for its CRM solutions, including a special presentation on the benefits of SOA-enabled CRM.

Inforum 2007 offers networking opportunities such as ConnectAtInforum.com, a business matchmaking tool to help customers connect with like-minded peers prior to and during the conference, and Enterprising Square, a dedicated space organized into Infor solution communities to encourage idea sharing between Inforum activities.

Beginning in August, attendees can create a conference agenda using a new tool, U-Builder, on Inforum2007.com. U-Builder enables attendees to customize their schedule based on personal interests, allowing them to plan and organize all of their conference activities and manage conflicts.
